Why am I NOT a SINNER?

-By Uday Lal Pai
Sanatan Dharma or Hinduism is not a prescriptive religion. It doesn’t give you a list of Do’s and Don’ts. It gives a lot of freedom of thought to the extent that a person who said there is no God is also referred to as Saint. According to the basic principles of [...]

Purdah: Apparel of discrimination

Taslima says: January 26, 2013 at 8:37 am My mother used purdah. She wore a burqa with a net cover in front of the face. It reminded me of the meatsafes in my grandmother’s house. One had a net door made of cloth, the other of metal. But the objective was the same: keeping the [...]

Hadith on Hindus?

paki_girl says: January 19, 2013 at 8:51 am The Kuran is full of hatred towards unbelievers. The Hadith is even worse. It goes into the gory details of the kinds of “punishments” Muhammed meted out to people for even petty offenses. Judge for yourself. I will reproduce some of the Hadith where Muhammad shows his [...]

One day you have to face ALLAH

Interfaith Shaaadi fully supports below collection of views in terms of “finding truth” and making an “informed” decision for an interfaith marriage. All Muslims in love with Hindus have to answer, …are you a true believer in Islam or just name-sake Muslim? If you are a true Muslim, believe in Koranic teachings and believe in [...]

In muslim community women are treated very badly

I am a muslim but married a Hindu guy, very happy with him. In muslim community women are treated very badly, restricted their freedom of education, movement, job and always insecurity of life being divorced at any time. Dont believe those who are misguiding you (Shamim, a Muslim) to marry a muslim boy. Take it granted you will be treated very badly and one day left by him. – Sabana.

Idol Worshipper: Who is and who is not?

I Converted without Knowledge of My Family

Here, a former-Hindu named Hinu married to a Christian. Her husband believes that it is sin to be a part of Garba dance, sin to eat prasad and sin for Christians to enter a Hindu temple; however on the other side, even he hates Hindus he dated a Hindu girl, he made her lie to her parents, believes that it’s good to convert any Hindu girl into Christianity, under love-pressure made her change her religion against her wishes, does not allow a Hindu God in their home, made her sit in a church for hours and now physically hurting her. If he has done all these to follow God’s commandments, one has to wonder what kind of God or “weird religion” he is following.

One God, Allah?

Indian says to Vikas (Why I came back to Hinduism?): February 2, 2012 at 2:24 pm This website (www.InterfaithShaadi.org) and the admin are nothing but hindu fundamentalist in Disguise. Bible on Hindus?

All religious scriptures have shortcomings. The Lord Shiva and Lord God are portrait as angry Gods, thought there may be justifications provided by believers. The Abrahamic (Christian, Jewish and Muslim) scriptures have spent good deal of efforts criticizing others’ (and each other’s) belief systems. Actually for an interfaith couple, it is not what is stated [...]

JASON: In practical terms, I’m actually very comforted knowing my God is jealous-and for me!

Koran on Hindus?

Christians and Jews are discussed in detail in several chapters of Koran, but there is no direct mention of the word “Hindu” in the Koran. However, like most Hindus, if you are any one of those people who believe in multiple forms of the God, associate other names of God with Allah (for example, if [...]

Can Allah be the Father God?

Exclusivist monotheist faiths teach that there is only one way to the heaven and, of course, it is theirs own. Exclusivists claim non-believers will get the “hell of fire” or will not be “saved.” Such intolerant teachings about other faiths create many problems in interfaith relationships. Allah literally means god in the Arabic language. In [...]

Hindus, Abrahamics and Intolerants

Tathagata Roy had serious objections to painting Muslims, Christians and Jews with the same coarse brush called “Abrahamic.” These three traditions are very different in some ways; for example: Jews do not proselytize, whereas Christians and Islamists do. Then again, Christians do it by persuasion (at least at present times), while Islamists do it by [...]
