Apparently you are Indian, the Special marriage Act 1954 is for Indians only. You will have to go and register your marriage with the Indian consulate. With that, you (a Muslim) will be legally married to a Christian and you will have a child who is baptized. Once you marry by the Special Marriage Act, all your problems are solve. No one has to convert. Will this work for you?

Lets assume, after 5 years, now your visa expires in the Gulf country. Are you okay returning back to india with a Christian wife and a baptized son? -Admin
