Dear admin, firstly I would you say thanks r creating such a platform. I got overwhelming responses of my post. Thank you very much. I would also say thanks to Mr. Amit, Mac, Mohammed. Thank you very much everyone.

Right now I am at airport to fly my girlfriend city, because we stay in different cities. Both are metropolitan city. She is hospitalized because of continuous bleeding from her nose. Doctors says , it is because of tension. Even I didn’t discuss her anything in last month. But this problem started when first time I discussed about our future. I will definitely write our proper story, then you can give your suggestions. Because it is similar to fairy tale.

Our relationship is 8 months old. Her mother gave her no. To save regarding a Muslim marriage proposal. And one fine day she wrote me a normal wish on eid. … And first time we spoken on eid evening. And we found 200% similarities between us. And she said I LOVE U .. And I will never leave u. After that I start exploring many things , because I am very mature … (stay tuned for more.) -Chit

      Chit,
Don’t bring up religious issues now, this will add pain to her. Life is long and nothing is going to be done overnight. Best wishes.

    French Director Finds Islam after
    Charlie Attacks!!

French director Isabelle Matic has announced her decision to revert to
Islam on her FaceBook account, making the unexpected announcement only a few days after Charlie Hebdo Paris attacks. “Today, I passed through the first pillar of Islam. There is no god but Allah and Muhammad is
His Prophet,” Matic said in a message posted on her Facebook page on
    January 11.

She followed her announcement with a series of posts in which she thanked Moroccan actor Hicham Bahloul for announcing her decision on Moroccan papers. In another message, she described how she took the decision and its effect on her beliefs in freedom of expression.
“Between the massacre at the premises of Charlie Hebdo and other event that have followed: I became a Muslim,” Matic wrote.
“Am I still for freedom of expression for all and Charlie Hebdo in particular?!
Yes,” Matic wrote yesterday. “With regard to my position towards the caricatures of the Prophet, I will write you the text of the SMS that I received this morning from a mosque which agreed quite well with my thoughts since the beginning of the cartoons, well before I became a Muslim,” she
    added
“They are making fun of Muhammad ﷺ and do not harm Muhammad ﷺ .
They are making fun of a character that they have imagined and to whom they have given a name.
This man is not our Prophet ﷺ ,”
    she wrote.
The new Muslim referred to the early life of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ when non- believers rejected his calls to Islam. “The Makkans laughed at Muhammad (worthy of praise) in the appellant Modamam (worthy of name calling).
The prophet ﷺwas smiling. Yes, he was smiling! And he said: They are making fun of Modamam and not me,” Matic wrote. “The wisdom is the answer to provocations. And this is what our beloved Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be with him) has taught us.
“So when Charlie Hebdo will be published insha’Allah (God willing), do not pay attention. Do not respond to
the provocation. And do not give them of importance,” she added.

    Dear Chit,

Why dont you discuss critical issues with your GF before tying nupital knot? Please resolve all such issues in the first instance and then proceed further. I was a muslim girl too but married with a Hindu guy.
By name sake I am muslim, otherwise I follow Hindu traditions only being harrassed and tortured in the muslim society.

Since your GF is religious muslim, she may face cultural shocks and may lead to a miserable life for both of you.

What about views of her parents? Are they ready to allow you to marry her without conversion?

  • February 9, 2015 9:50 pm

    Dear Chit,

You could do is to educate yourself and herself. Ideally, you wish to be married and remained happily married for next 70 years to come. If this is the objective, then you two have to start having critical honest discussion what religions means to you? Who is God? Can God have only one name (like Allah or Krishna; which one)? Can God be prayed only looking at Kaaba-stone-cube in Saudi Arabia or also to a Ganesh-marble-murti? Are Jesus, Muhammad and Rama messengers (or incarnation) of God?

Assuming both parents are willing to support your love, can you tell us how are you planning to get married? Get back to us and we will discuss more.

Admin, you are again lying, we don`t pray in the direction of black stone in Saudi Arabia, have you forgotten that the earth is not flat but round???

      Read this verse from Quran…

Righteousness is not that you turn your faces toward the east or the west, but [true] righteousness is [in] one who believes in Allah , the Last Day, the angels, the Book, and the prophets and gives wealth, in spite of love for it, to relatives, orphans, the needy, the traveler, those who ask [for help], and for freeing slaves; [and who] establishes prayer and gives zakah; [those who] fulfill their promise when they promise; and [those who] are patient in poverty and hardship and during battle. Those are the ones who have been true, and it is those who are the righteous. [The Noble Quran Chapter 2;Verse 177]

        mac and Muhammad,
What would you recommend Chit should do? He already said he is a religious HINDU, so conversion is out (sorry 🙁 ).

        On other points:
the Last Day: These is no scientific basis for this. Some bad Hindu priest also uses such tricks, give me 1 lakh rupees and you will have a place reserved in heaven, would you give? Instead, believe in today.
the angels, the Book: He is a Hindu so you are talking about Krishna and Gita?
the prophets: Like Guru Nanak, Buddha, Mahavir Swami, Rama? We hope you are living in India and not praising foreigner Arabic only prophets.
earth is not flat: but …read

Admin : “the Last Day: These is no scientific basis for this. Some bad Hindu priest also uses such tricks,

      Admin never understand the islam..

      Here is ur answer

      • February 12, 2015 11:40 am

@Mohammed: all religions have been made by men, all religious books “believe it or not” have been written by men! why islam teach hypocrisy in the case of marriage, why is their no freedom in religion if Qural allows a Muslim man to marry women from other religion (provide she converts, in most of the case just to get married to a muslim guy) then why is it not allowed for muslim women to leave the faith and convert to the religion of the guy she loves. why is so much insecurity in Islam which makes it just one way flow. why shouldn’t mulsim women be allowed to leave islam and convert to the religion of her non-muslim lover. these religious books teach orthodoxy, learn to live and let others live with their choices n learn not to force religion in each matter. and if you denounce other religious book be prepared to be denounced..

          brother has asked a question

          1)all religions have been made
by men, all religious books “believe it or not” have been written by men!

Ans : There are many scientific errors in the other religious book except quran.
thats why quran is 100% word of god

          2) why islam teach hypocrisy in the case of marriage, why is their no
freedom in religion if Qural allows a Muslim man to marry women from other religion (provide she converts, in
most of the case just to get married to a muslim guy) then why is it not
allowed for muslim women to leave the faith and convert to the religion of the guy she loves.

Ans : No where in the quran that teaches hypocrisy,

          Allah says in the quran
“And do not marry Al-Mushrikaat (idolatresses) till they believe (worship Allaah Alone). And indeed a slave woman who believes is better than a (free) Mushrikah (idolatress), even though she pleases you”
          [al-Baqarah 2:221]

          Further says
“And give not (your daughters) in marriage to Al‑Mushrikoon till they believe (in Allaah Alone) and verily, a believing slave is better than a (free) Mushrik (idolater), even though he pleases you. Those (Al-Mushrikoon) invite you to the Fire, but Allaah invites (you) to Paradise and forgiveness by His Leave, and makes His Ayaat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) clear to mankind that they may remember”
          [al-Baqarah 2:221]

Both verses says for beliving men and women to not marry unbelivers untill they belive. .

for example : The wheel of the tractor cant be fit for car and vice versa. .its fits for their own

          3) these religious books teach
orthodoxy, learn to live and let others live with their choices n learn not to force religion in each matter

Ans : Islam is a religion based on love and compassion, which calls for peace and fosters a life in absolute sincerity and honesty before Allah.

Muslims instruct goodness and rule out evil as to Allah’s command to “command what is right and forbid what is wrong” (Surah Luqman, 17) and
“call people to the path of Allah with words of purity. Yet, believers know Allah guides to the right way.”
          (Surah Al-Qasas, 56),

trying to make someone Muslim by means of pressure, threat or force is primarily against the essence of Islam.

“There is no compulsion where the religion is concerned. Right guidance has become clearly distinct from error. Anyone who rejects false deities and believes in Allah has grasped the Firmest Handhold, which will never give way. Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing. “(Surat al-Baqara, 256)

if one becomes Muslim under duress, that person does not turn out to be a Muslim but a hypocrite. Allah informs that hypocrites are people whose “Their shelter will be Hell.” (Surat at- Tawba, 73) and who will be “in the lowest level of the Fire” (Surat an-Nisa’, 145).
          The mindset of hypocrites is described in detail in the Qur’an and people are warned against such a dishonest understanding of religion. For instance;

Among the people there are some who say, ‘We believe in Allah and the Last Day,’ when they are not believers. They think they deceive Allah and those who believe. They deceive no one but themselves but they are not aware of it. (Surat al-Baqara, 8-9)
When they meet those who believe, they say, ‘We believe.’ But then when they go apart with their demons, they say, ‘We are really with you. We were only mocking.’ (Surat al-Baqara, 14)

Hypocrites show off and perform religious obligations unwillingly: The hypocrites think they deceive Allah, but He is deceiving them. When they get up to pray, they get up lazily, showing off to people, and only remembering Allah a very little. They vacillate between the two – not joining these or joining those. If Allah misguides someone, you will not find any way for him to go. (Surat an-Nisa’, 142-143)
Nothing prevents what they give from being accepted from them but the fact that they have rejected Allah and His Messenger, and that they only come to prayer lethargically, and that they only
          give reluctantly. (Surat at-Tawba, 54)

Attempting to convert people to Muslims by employing oppression and force results in a human type – hypocrites – that Islam is in opposition to

“We have appointed a law and a practice for every one of you. Had Allah willed, He would have made you a single community, but He wanted to test you regarding what has come to you. So compete with each other in doing good. Every one of you will return to Allah and He will inform you regarding the things about which you differed.
          (Surat al-Ma’ida, 48)

In another verse of the Qur’an , Allah says
[Say]: “You have your religion and I have my religion.” (Surah Al-Kafirun, 6)
