To be frank i tell you when i connected with her i don’t know more about her. She is very talkative and gentle and before me she having a marriage relation even she didn’t get divorce from her first husband. She hide lots of information (like having a baby) which I should know when we started a relationship.

Nowadays she always deride me over my work, religion even all my words which i speak and she not make food for me she not care me except deride.

In age of 18 and half year probably i don’t know more about Islam but now i am 23 and according to me Islam is good but who they follow Islam are superstitious. Actually they not follow Islam they not follow the path which foll in Koran, they are make-believer. I not able to make understand whole community.

I am not doing all these for money and greed. I always just want to live a simple and happy life. -Nishant

The marriage is not valid and has no legal standing because she was already married to someone else. She has committed adultery as far as I am concerned. Such women who hide their marriages and go out looking for other men to marry are no different from the harlots.
So to say this but it’s true.
You can file a case against her and get the civil marriage nullified.
All you need to do is file a police case.
Submit your marriage certificate copy and also a copy of her earlier marriage that was not fdivorced.
She will be arrested for fraud and the case will go before a court.
This is the best way to get rid of her.
    Dump her in a jail.
For such women deserve to be dealt thus.

Every one in the islam wish to become terrorist and die for the sake of getting pleasure of 72 virgins.

Under this concept majority of muslim countries are facing disturbances, killing, rape, kidnapping.

This is more 1000% correct bro. . “Actually they not follow Islam they not follow the path which foll in Koran,
      they are make-believe”

Many people didnt want to follow their religion. ..because of not following their going on wrong route and they harm afterwards. . .

These are enough ground for your legal divorce “she didn’t get divorce from her first husband. She hide lots of information (like having a baby)”. If she is legally married, she cannot marry another Muslim guy. If she had a baby, she had to disclose it to you. If not, this is cheating. On the ground that you were very young (only 19), judge will grant you easy divorce. Check with a lawyer.

You said, “they follow Islam are superstitious,…. they not follow the path which foll in Koran, they are make-believe. I not able to make understand whole community”. As we see, you converted just for the sake of marriage, you did not understood what Islam is. For this reason, you could claim in court that you are a Hindu at heart (is that true?) and the conversion was just a fake to please imams and parents. This was just a trap and you are a victim. Talk to a good attorney and they will help you. Best wishes.

    Dear Nishant,

First tell us why you wish to get rid of your wife?
Why you wish to give up Islam?
Are you doing all these just for money and greed?
Please explain it to us what is wrong with your wife?
Also tell us why you converted at age 19 and what do you feel being a Muslim today at age 23?

Since both of you are Muslims, for you to get rid of her is talaak, talaak and talaak as per Sharia practices. However, if you registered your marriage by civil marriage too, then you have to follow standard divorce procedure.

Yes, because you are no longer a part of a joint Hindu family, probably you do not have rights for inheritance if property is coming from your grandparents. If you become legally a Hindu today (you may not have to divorce your Muslim wife), you may increase your chance of joint property inheritance. However if any of your family member challenge your rights, the whole case goes to court for clarification of your rights. Talk to an attorney for specifics.

Are you talking about parental properties or a inheritance coming from generations? If that is father’s property you are hoping to get part of, note that it does not go under inheritance from generations. If that is property owned by your father, it goes to who ever he write in his will. Are you at good terms with him?
