Hello Admin,
Just need your help and guidance.
I am a Christian boy and i love a Hindu girl. We are planning to get married. She says that she don’t want to get converted to Christianity and nor let our children. I also don’t want her to get converted. But i am afraid that the church will not allow me to enter as neither my wife nor the children are Christian. What should I do. I am totally confused and im in depression. Whenever i tried to talk to her she always respond that i will not allow my children to get converted to Christianity nor I. I know im doing wrong, but admin my brothers wife is also a Hindu and she had faced many problems that’s why she got converted to Christianity as the church was not at all allowing my brother to enter the church. Admin please help and guide as i am always thinking what will happen and im getting into depression thinking this. -a

Go ahead and do as you please. But, don’t call yourself a christian. As long as christianity has existed christians have felt attracted towards non christians. Those who had true faith resisted temptation others didn’t. Faith is a choice. Choose wisely. The lord has commanded “you shall not kill”. You can’t delibrately kill in cold blood and pretend you are innocent. This is what the bible says about marrying non christians. Clearly it is not allowed.

2 Corinthians 6:14 “Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?”

Well if the New testament is not convincing enough. Here is what the Old testament has to say.

Deuteronomy 7:3 “Neither shalt thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son.”

Deuteronomy 7:4 “For they will turn away thy son from following me, that they may serve other gods: so will the anger of the Lord be kindled against you, and destroy thee suddenly.”

    Dear A,
Why be depressed? Your future is in your hands, take change of it. Don’t let others run your life, you will bring more miseries in life. You are young and independent, do that you think is rational and logical.

Now between you, her and your church, tell us who is most illogical? Can you convert to Hinduism? If not, why are you expecting to convert to your church, especially who is carrying such an old ideologies? Explain us how church made the wife of your brother convert? Explain us how the are in charge of your life? What will happen if you say no to the church? Are you going to dump this girl for church?
