Some people talks about religion and faith and unfortunately forgets what humanity is …….Humanity is more important than anything else

    Dear Arkesh,

It looks like you are confused. If you are a Hindu, you cannot have faith in Christ. The reason is rather simple. In Hinduism, the faith is always in a spiritual process, aka adhyatma. The adhyatma has various techniques to it. The purpose of adhyatma is self-improvement and spiritual empowerment. On the other hand, Jesus Christ is the broker between what Christians call God and the believers. Hindus CANNOT be believers, because they are practitioners of Adhyatma, by definition. Hence being a Hindu and having “faith in Christ” is a gross contradiction. A scholarly Hindu view of Jesus Christ was done by great Hindu think Shri Sita Ram Goel, whose account you can read in “Jesus Christ: An Artifice For Aggression” ISBN 81-85990-16-6, 1994, Voice of India. I am sad for you.
Hinduism denotes freedom to believe in God or not, to pray or not, to
be free to be spiritual or not. If you believe In God then its up to you how much you pray or not, who you pray. why you pray.
You want to be stuck with the so called one god who is the ONLY path to salvation? How stupid could that be ? God has many forms and you can believe in any one you decide to. Not because some half cooked religion tells you to.

May be you are looking for a White girl? is this your intention?

        Mohammed,
You wish Hindus to follow your “book” ideology. Every thing written in your book and what ever the apostle said are 100% truth. There is nothing to challenge and nothing to question. Submit to it, even it is completely irrational. Fortunately, Hindus don’t think that way.

Remember: Islam minus Muhammad = Judaism. Instead of idolizing Muhammad, we rather follow Judaism.

As an outsider and we hope we don’t offend your faith if we make this statement. We have read limited (still a lot) about Muhammad and Jesus. As a person, there is a big difference between two.

        Dear Arkesh,

We are absolutely impressed by Jesus and his life story. We love Jesus but not the churches. If you read the Bible from first line till the last line, your will realize that Jesus’ three chapters were certainly most uplifting. If the Bible ended right at Matthew/Mark/Luke, we would be a Christian today. However, after Jesus, those Peter and Paul reintroduce intolerance to others and promoted churches. Read what we wrote here.

Bottom line, we would request you to keep following Jesus but keep at a distance from the church (means never get baptized). Even you wish to be baptized, you will have to decide if you are going to take a catholic, Mar Thomas, Baptist, Evangelist, …(there are 36,000 Christian denominations) baptism. Why bother with churches, simply remain a free spirited Jesus believer!

IS THIS THE FORMS OF YOUR GOD, THAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT? THEN WHAT IS Ma cid anyad vi sansata sakhayo ma rishanyata RIG VEDA 8:11 ? WHICH SAYS O friends, do not worship anybody but Him, the Divine One. Praise Him alone.ā€

IN MAHABHARATA 88 CH. ENTIRE LIST IS GIVEN BY UDHISTIR WHAT TO GIVE TO OUR DEAD RELATIVES SO THEY ARE HAPPY AND THE TOP OF THE LIST IS hIPPO,, IF YOU GIVE HIPPO MEAT DEAD RELATIES WILL BE HAPPY FOR ENTIRE LIFE.. IF YOU GIVE COW MEAT DEAD RELATIVE WILL BE HAPPY FOR ONE YEAR.. IF YOU GIVE BUFFALO MEAT DEAD RELATIE WILL BE HAPPY FOR 8 MONTHS AND THE LIST GOES UNTIL 1 MONTH.. AND YOU PEOPLE SAY MEAT NOT TO BE EATEN?
IN RAMAYANA .. SITA ASK RAM AND LAXMAN TO HUNT THE DEER FOR WHAT? YOU CONSIDER RAM AS GOD? SO GOD KILLING ANIMALS WITHOUT ANY REASON FOR FUN? HE WAS TOLD TO HUNT THE ANIMAL SO THEY COULD COOK AND EAT THE MEAT. IT WAS NOT FOR FUN///
READ YOUR BOOKS … THE RELIGION THAT YOU CALL HINDUS IS MADE BY ENGLISH MAN WHICH IS MIX OF BUDDHISM, SANATAN DHARMA, JAINISM
THE OLD RELIGION SANATAN DHARMA WAS BASED ON VEDAS AND UPHINAYAS
THE NEW RELIGION HINDUISM IS BASED ON POLITICS,

    Hello Arkesh,

I see a lot of flaws in your approach. Do you understand the difference between faith and Religion and dharma. When you say you are a Hindu, what qualities or attributes you have by which you can say that you are a hindu, do you celebrate Diwali and play Holi and thats all is your definition of being an Hindu ? or its much more than that, is it that you understand the philosophy of being and nature and the cosmos. and do you know about the principles of hinduism, (sansatana dharma).

Then comes your faith. when you say your faith is in Christ. can you tell me a bit in detail what that faith in particular is, start first by defining the faith word itself. Secondly its important to understand the theological differences between the dharma and Religion, they are not synonymous terms. One of my Christian friend understands the concept of karma, bhakti, yoga, and told me that this is something they did not had in christianity, theirs was a very dogmatic approach of heaven and hel, but when she learned more about other religiosn particularly hinduism, she found that Hinduism is seeking inwards, its like having union with oneself and the cosmos, its like not going to heaven by just believeing, rather doing the karma. and based on the karma getting what you deserve in this birth or the next. By listening to her I was so satisfied that westerners these days so clear concept and thought and they understood hinduism (sanatana dharma )much better than some of the people those who say I am a hindu by birth. She later told me why she want to choose the path of Hinduism is because it tells her she is originally divine, and not original sinner what christianity told her. and since she is originally divine, and the purpose of life because to seek what you are, and do your karma and bear the fruits, then in that case she told, substitutional attonement is not required, which means someone else coming on earth and saving me is not required (Jesus), because I have done nothing wrong, only I can save or search myself and based on my karma i will bear the consequences.

I was amazed by her philosophical clarity. I hope this gives you some clarity. Read Being Different to understand the core concepts and underlining phenomenon of what we called Hinduism today. Amazon top 10 on philosphy,Must read book.

    Thanks
    Cheers.

yes requesting help from my friends. about legal, yes i have to start giving a thought about it.

      • April 11, 2015 10:51 pm

        Arkesh,
As we explained above, the baptism is about church and not Jesus. Don’t get into legal tangle, remain a free spirited man. No one will have problem with it. Today you love Jesus, tomorrow you may wish to follow Guru Nanak, Buddha, Shiva, Mahavir or even wish to be an atheist. Put Krishna and Christ next to each other. Sing happily Isvar Allah tero nam. Why bother with legality, labeling and putting limits to your free spirited soul? Why promote temples, mosques and churches, dump all and think beyond all these man made things.

We read the Bible and do not like these points, explain us how it make sense.

Arkesh, one more request. Do not follow Cookiee’s footsteps. She is a Muslim in Brahmin parents home! We do not wish you lie and deceive your parents, be honest to them. That is a true religion!
