Go and marry her dude, what are you waiting for, if she is ready to marry you and you are ready to marry her and she is ready to convert into christianity, then why you are wasting your time here? The admin of this website is a hindu and he will try everything to stop this marriage by posing incovenient questions which may not be true for your case, for admin only hindus are perfect, open minded and christian, muslims are intolerant. For admin it is perfectly okay to marry a hindu guy by muslim or christian girl without thinking much while for a hindu girl to marry christian or muslim boy, has to think all possible outcomes before marriage so that she might get scared and stop the marriage. Though i must admit that admin is a good person but being admin he takes his hindu side, which makes me sad. Btw the bible link that he gave contains only selective bible verses which deals with killing, but he will never show gita, vedas, upanishads verses selectively like what he does with quran and bible.

mac, first on “i must admit that admin is a good person”, we also feel the same for you (coming from a good family, smart and hard worker), Muhammed, Ahmed and many others. We wish one day we will meet you in person. Only conflict we have are ideological differences. This is just perfect and is the objective of this web forum.

Our conflict is: You (an exclusivist Muslim) believe that only Muslim will go to heaven while the rest will get Hell Fire. Our views on this Judgement Day is: this J-Day is a “theory,” and it is wrong to think someone else is going to go to hell because he/she carry a different ideology or follow a different apostle/guru. Again, these are our views and you have rights to believe what ever.

mac is saying this because this girl is a Hindu. If she was a Muslim, mac will ask you to convert to Islam. It is possible we may be bias in our views too, sorry for that.

We believe no one should convert or ask someone to convert. Even the Hindu should learn to accept you the way you are, and same true for you to accept her the way you found her. Stop this conversion business to expand your faith and increase the vote power.

Do you know Koran said… Jesus, son of Mary, was no more than God’s apostle (4:171). Allah forbids that He Himself should beget a son! (19:34). Further, those who say: “the Lord of Mercy has begotten a son” preach a monstrous falsehood (19:88). Unbelievers are those that say: “God is the Messiah, the son of Mary” (5:70) and “God is one of three” (5:72). Unbelievers will get “Hell of Fire.” Further, Allah told….”Believers, take neither Jews nor the Christians for your friends.” (5:51). If you are Christian believing in Jesus, justify how come ‘Father the God’ said this.

This is a quotation of our own work at https://www.interfaithshaadi.org/?p=370

Now explain us why Allah said not to be a friend with Christian and Jews (and forgot about Hindus)? Do you have any Christian, Hindu or Jew friend?

    Hi Glenn,

It is not against to marry who was born in another faith. Basically your parents don’t want someone from a different culture/faith. In a way, they have a good point. For Hindus, the conversion does not mean much. They do not have problem accepting Jesus as a God. In their minds, Jesus is one of other million Gods they already have. She won’t mind to convert to Islam if you were a Muslim. Her interest is in you, not you faith. While your parents want someone who has true faith in Christianity.

Explain to her that accepting Jesus means giving away all her Gods, like Lord Krishna, Ganesh, Shiva, Laxmi, etc. She cannot enter Hindu temples to pray ever, not even your marriage ends in divorce. She cannot celebrate Holi and Diwali. After Baptism, she cannot ever participate in any pooja, Satya Narayan Kath or Garba dance with her Hindu relatives. She will have to raise children teaching that only Jesus saves and all Hindu gods are idols worth nothing. Is she really ready to do all these? If she says yes yes yes today but 2 years into your married life, she tell you that she does not like exclusivist thinking of Christians anymore, what would you do then?

The above last paragraph is portraying an exclusivist radicle Christian views. We assume your parents want the girl to follow above practices. Present her the worst case scenario and find out what conversion means to her. Let us know what she says.

After a discussion about the future problems as you mentioned above she said she is ready to leave her religion and their practices… And ready to follow what christianty teaches as she thinks that if we follow different practice it will effect our future children…. I still remember she once told me that her father use to attend retreat and other prays conducted by Christianity but her mother didn’t appreciated that as she is a only child so they didn’t wanted her to get in trouble…. But she recites our pray at night by holding rosary because she don’t know how to conduct rosary…..she had a problem with her life with faith in Jesus she has been cured…. Now she is ready to follow our religion n leaving her believe behind and she has accepted that she will not practice her rituals…

We hope she knows what she is getting into and does not create troubles later for you.

Like a surgeon would do (tell all potential issues of a surgery up front to the patient, even very remote chance of any issue), tell her of all potential issues upfront. This way, she will not have any surprise later. Give her this Bible URL https://www.interfaithshaadi.org/?p=1066

If you are clear between two of you, then go ask her parents for your plan. They are open minded, but does it mean they will be glad to support her being a Christian? Find it out.

Next approach to your parents and explain to them that she will be a better Christian than even what you are. Take her to meet your parents several times. It is possible they may soften out when they truly know her.

Does this sounds like a good plan to you? What else are you thinking?

        I do not agree.
You cannot force your beliefs on anyone.
The girl has every right to get married, convert, and still follow her beliefs.
I’m not saying that simply because I am a hindu,
        I’m an atheist.
Deeply in love with a Christian whom I will get married to.
No person on this earth, not even the pope himself has any right to tell me what to believe.

          Dear Lakshita,

Is the Christian also a light like you or a real Christian?
When the time is right, let us know how will you get married? Hindu wedding, Church wedding or a civil wedding since you are an atheist?

        Glenn

You are pointlessly wasting a otherwise beautiful life chasing religious hog wash.As an ex-christian I can assure you that Jesus is not some divine figure as you are duped into believing.

Jesus has not fulfilled a single prophecy to qualify that right. take for example a fake Prophecy mentioned in Matthew (2:23):

“Mary, Joseph, and the child Jesus settled in Nazareth, in order … that what was spoken through the prophets might be fulfilled, ‘He shall be called a Nazarene.”

There is no such stupid prophecy in entire Old testament. Just google it and see for your self.

Though some claim this refers to Judges 13:5. This verse describes an angel speaking to the mother of Samson, her son “shall be a Nazirite.”

A Nazirite is quite different from a Nazarene (So called Jesus).

A] Nazarene = Resident of City Nazareth,

B] Nazirite{Samson in this case} is a Jew who has taken special vows to abstain from all wine and grapes, not to cut his hair, and to perform special sacrifices (see Leviticus 6:1-21).

On such weak premises New Testament stands and you are willing to through down loe of your life for some fake and fictitious Hell concept.

As per the Jesus’s own words he was to rise from the dead on the third day. This is another fraud claim.

If Jesus died on Friday (Good Friday) around 3:00 PM, and woke up on Sunday (Easter) early morning (6 AM), then he did not even finished 2nd day, let alone waking up on the 3rd day. Do you see now the fraud here?

If at the time of creation Adam, Eve and Cain total 3 persons alone were alive after murder of Able, then why do Cain says lest someone who finds me kills me to YHWH on being cursed? Who are those other people he is afraid of? This alone proves that Entire Bible fairy tales are rigged and fabricated. These are fake tales to keep you trapped in falsehood for rest of your life.
Do you even know there is no concept of Hell in Old Testament.

        Wake the up
