Hinduism does not have a Muslim equivalent of a Shahada for conversion. Hinduism is a way of life. But, if a Hindu man wants to convert a Muslim girl (provided she’s sincere about conversion) for marriage and procreation purposes, the following steps can be followed.
A Shuddhi (purification) ceremony at a Vedic temple. It is done by what is known as vratyastom sanskar. The girl should be willing to embrace the Sattvik purity rituals – e.g. cleansing through milk and gaumutra.
Prayaschitt (atonement) for sins incurred in previous life as non-Hindu. It usually involves “anna dann” to a Brahmin.
Achaman (Sipping water from the right palm after pronouncing 24 Names of Shrivishnu) or repeating “Om Namah Vishnu” 11 times (in case of Muslim girl marrying a Brahmin, just “Om Vishnu” would suffice).
Panchagavyaprashan (Partaking of a mixture of milk, ghee, curds, urine and dung of cow)
Mahabhishek – in which abhishek (Consecration with water) is performed amidst recitation of a mantra that means ‘May all the Deities, planets, Sages, cows, trees, serpents, demons, Apsaras (Celestial beauties), rivers, Holy places of pilgrimage perform abhishek on you’,
Tilakdharan (A vertical mark made on the forehead with substances such as kumkum), followed by Sindoor mark on the forehead
Puja (Ritualistic worship) of the Ishtadevata of Convert’s choice (Benevolent Deity),
Namakaran (Naming ceremony), — adopting a new Hindu name
Abhivadan – Obeisance to Parameshwar (Supreme God/Allah is acceptable)
People who embrace Hindu Dharma after conversions will belong to the Vaishnav sect.

An interesting question. Is Hinduism teaching to proselytize others? The big question is–why you want to convert her? If you wanted a Hindu, why to marry a Muslim? What is the guarantee that she will stay Hindu? As we always say, why to convert a rose to carnation? She may convert out of impulses, but ultimately she will realize and will curse you. It is wrong to make her take her out of her family and community. We always say it is wrong to impose your religion on someone but instead you should learn to tolerate her the way it is. Think this over again if you are on a right track.

I agree with Manoj. If she is a Muslim then let her be a Muslim. Why you ll convert her? Why you will force her to learn your things leaving all the teachings she had since her childhood.
