Jesus is my friend and Krsna my God

Dear Admin,
Krishna1I was born a hindu woman. When I first accepted the presence of a super natural being around me, it was in the name of Jesus Christ. One of my college professors asked me to recite a prayer for him to welcome him in my heart and I did so. Back then my mind was preoccupied with thoughts of abandonment and rejection. I had a broken family and a painful childhood which left me really scarred. But after I truthfully accepted Jesus in my life, things got better. Whenever I needed guidance, the bible helped me out. I used to open up to any random page and find my answer. Yes, I do believe in Jesus as I know he has accepted me and loves me back.

Well, the church might ask me to keep my faiths confined to only Jesus, but when I asked him, he guided me to his father, God(my Krsna). That’s when I reconnected to Krsna as well. Jesus is my FRIEND.

Krsna is not just my friend. He is my confidant. Well you might not believe but I have plenty of things given to me by complete strangers that guided me to Krsna. Things like books, jap maala, Krsna idol, cards with prayers on it etc. and that’s when I was more and awed by his divine grace. The more I got to know him, the more I was attached to him.

JesusSome people raised questions against him and I went on to find the truth and read endless number of Shlokas and Puranas to answer their doubts. But all of it was with constant faith in him that he wasn’t wrong. That he (Krshna) is the absolute truth and I was in love with him. I used to spend nights just talking to him and being mesmerised by his love. I still talk to him every minute. At times when I don’t like something that is happening around or any action of anybody close hurts me, I speak to him and he answers my questions in the most beautiful ways. He has taught me about my me the dharma and cleared all my doubts. He taught me the gift one receives in forgiving others and oneself. He is my love, life and everything else. So today I am still a hindu with my faith dedicated to the holy bible as well.

I am happy with my life and contended even though I don’t have the best clothes or fancy things. Because what I have is the rarest of it all, I have the heart of the divine, the love of my lord.

Hare Krsna.

Thank you.

Dear RealityCheck

How similar is your story to mine! Except I did not meet my Beloved KRshNa through ISKCON or GauDIya VaishNavism, but also believe Jesus lead me to Him.

I am born Hindu too, and Shri KRshNa is my sarvasva (Everything) including Spiritual Master, Lord, Beloved friend, Father, also my Baby KAnhU sometimes.

I was also lonely and felt scared and lost after leaving my parents’ home. Had been reading Bhagavad Geeta for years, but also was open to studying the Bible and Jesus’s teachings. I would walk past the Church of Latter Day Saints and speak to Jesus in my mind, having second thoughts of entering the Church but never did.

I had vision of Jesus at midnight on a Christmas Eve after that (He kindly visited to assure me). Soon after some elders visited my house. Who do you think sent them?

I put my foot down that I believe in Jesus, and know He looks over me, but Bhagavad Gita is my scripture and Shri KRshNa is my God. They left, and a few years later I had a cascade of experiences of KRshNa coming to me and knew we shared an eternal bond. I somehow knew Jesus had a hand in this.

What is interesting is I am carefully studying to see if they are the same Person coming as differnt beings.

Recently I dreamt that the very tall Jesus is ParshurAm (an Avesha avatAr of BhagavAn), some say ParshurAm is an empowered Jiva-avatar.
These things should not be revealed openly, they have some very deep significance.

I have received some hints of a Self-connection between Jesus and Shri KRshNa, i.e. God, Father, the Supreme Lord of the multi-verse.

Hare KRshNa ~ -KRushNAli
